Refunds & Cancellations

At ABC Naturals, we want you to shop with confidence. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, which is why we’ve designed a simple and customer-friendly return and refund policy.


What Can Be Returned or Refunded?

  • Change of Mind: If you decide our product isn’t the perfect fit, you can return unopened and unused items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges).

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund.


How to Initiate a Return or Refund

    • Reason for return/refund (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, change of mind)

  3. Review & Approval: Our customer support team will review your request within 2 business days.

  4. Return Process:

    • In-Store Purchases (if applicable): Bring the unopened, unused product with the original receipt.

    • Online Purchases: We’ll provide a return shipping label. Simply return the unopened, unused product using the label provided.

  5. Refund/Replacement: Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll process your refund within 7 business days (excluding shipping costs) using your original payment method, or send a replacement as agreed.


What Cannot Be Returned or Refunded

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • In-store purchases without the original receipt.

  • Items returned after 15 days of purchase.

  • Incorrect or damaged items reported after 7 days of delivery.


Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it ships.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After this point, our standard return policy applies.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Out-of-stock items

    • Pricing errors

    • Payment issues/declined transactions
