  • Damaged or Missing Products: If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 2 days of delivery for a quick resolution.


How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

  3. Our Review: Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  4. Return Process:

    • Pickup Service (if available): We’ll arrange a convenient pickup from your location.

    • Self-Shipment (if pickup unavailable): You can send the product back using a reliable courier service. We’ll reimburse reasonable courier charges.

  5. Verification & Action: After receiving and inspecting the product(s), we’ll process either:

    • A replacement (depending on stock availability), or

    • A refund, processed within 7 business days.


What Cannot Be Returned or Replaced

  • Opened, used, or tampered products.

  • Products without original packaging (labels, mono cartons, etc.).

  • Return/replacement requests made after 7 days (wrong/expired products).

  • Damage or missing product claims reported after 2 days of delivery.
